The HTML Generator has been restored to eaDocX.

1.2.2.1 – Fix to make the re-generate button appear correctly in eaDocX
1.2.2.2 – Change to the setting which says where HTML files will be put in eaDocX. This was a repository setting, and is now an application setting.
