SysML with eaTeamWorks
SysML is a popular modeling language, to help model complex systems.
It is fully implemented in EA (see Sparx EA help) and in eaTeamWorks.
In eaDocX, just pick a package which contains some SysML content, and create a Quick document, and you will all the main elements, fields and properties of your SysML model, which you can then customize the document to look exactly how you want.

All of these properties can be included in an eaDocX document, and viewed using eaSheets.
Note: many of these special properties are saved in strange places by EA, so not all can be updated using eaSheets.
