    Hi,

    I am unable to print a screen on the word document. I have included the screen as a section, however, the sub elements have a X before them saying that these can’t be printed as they need a format option. (forms, buttons etc)
    How do i add format for these?

    I tried adding a screen shot using attachement option, but every time i try that IE crashes!

    Right-click on the ‘X’ items, then select ‘Show Profile’, answer ‘yes’ to ‘would you like to define formatting…’ then define whether you want table or inline formatting for each element.
    OR
    Create a document using ‘Quick Document’, which will make sure all element get printed:
    – select the Package where the stuff you want is located
    – Right Click in EA Project Browser, Extensions | eaDocX | Quick Document, then, once you have a document, just edit the profiles for each kind of element & stereotype to get what you want

    hi,

    I tried the first option and created the profiles. Now i can print the elements on screen (in text) such as radio button, name, description etc but still don’t get the diagram printed.

    I have wireframe created with various GUI elements like buttons, check boxes etc but these are not getting printed in document. For the Screen profile i have included the ‘Diagrams’ attribute, however it is not getting printed.

    Does you Profile for Packages include ‘diagrams’? Otherwise, eaDocX won’t print diagrams. I recommend you look at the eaDocX Online help.

    Yes, package profile does have diagram included, still not printing.

    How else can i send you an attachment as the attachment option here is crashing I.E?
