The EA is deployed as a Microsoft Application Virtualization Client on my system.
after installing eaDocX the EA does not recognise the add-on.

Must the EA be installed native on the system or is there another way around this problem?
Will I have the same problem with the eaDocX license server?

Sorry, but I don’t know what a Microsoft Application Virtualization Client is, so we have not tested eaDocX in this environment.
Same applies to the licence server.
