Issue after update of EA to build 1009

After updating of EA to build 9 I get empty lines formatted with “heading 1” at the end of several sections. After re-installing build 1007 they disappear and everything is as before.

Is there any hint for using build 1009?

I’m still using 1008 – didn’t know there was a new release!
