    Hi

    I can’t get a profile to save with my documents. Having imported a profile for a document, and added some sections, I save and close the document. When I re-open the document I get the prompt asking me which profile I want to include. Whether or not or include a profile at that stage, the preview pane shows all my document sections with orange square brackets[], and I am unable to generate sections.

    Is there something obvious I should check for?

    I can provide more detail/samples if needed.

    What Word version are you using? EaDocX version? What does the Trace say ?

    Hi. I’m using Word 2007 – I haven’t checked the build because problem solved. I put the Trace on it, and after a couple of tries everything worked perfectly. I think the fear of being watched must have scared the software into submission. I had a Windows update overnight (I’m running Windows 8) and I wonder if that had something to do with the fix. I had also had problems with eaXL (couldn’t create an Excel document) and that has magically fixed as well. Thanks for your response.
