Hi
When I open Tools/Options and Settings/Application/General the list of settings opens in the middle of the list, not the top. I didn’t notice this, and scrolled down to look for the setting I wanted (“No tagged value present”). It took me a while to realise that I had to scroll upwards, because I sub-consciously expected a scrolling window to open at the top of the window.
Would it be sensible to have settings windows opening at the top of the list?
Thanks
I’d not noticed this before, but you’re right – Windows seems to keep the position of the scroll bars from one display of the window to the next – clearly they’re trying to “help”. I’ll see if I can override the default, and make it scroll up to the top every time.
Thanks
Thanks
There is definitely such a thing as software being too “helpful”
