Error opening document

After starting Quick Document I get the following error message,

I would very pleased, if somone has a solution for this error message.

I think this is an issue with the location of the default Word template. With a Quick Document, eaDocX just tries to open a new Word document, which will use the ‘normal.dotx’ template (my be a different name in other national languages).
Please check the setting in eaDocX / Options and Settings / Application Settings / General / Word Templates / Location of Word Templates. This might be set to a non-existent location?

All my installations are in a english version. I have deleted the settings for the templates. Then I have got the following error after during the system create the word document.
