HI, since upgrading to 3.5.2.1 I seem to have lost the ability to define inline tables for elements (the heading is there but the checkboxes have gone) .
Is it because the form size is too small? Looks ok here….
Nope the screen is maximised as in attached screen shot.
Hi Matt,
Well I’m baffled by this one. Can’t think of any reason why these controls should be left out.
Are there any errors reported in the eaDocX trace? Also, does this happen for all kinds of elements & stereotypes ?
Hi,
No errors reported in trace and weirdly other elements have the control but are missing other bits like labels or labels being truncated.
I’ll try a clean re-install.
OK, performed a complete reinstall but still broken 🙁
Any changes on your machine?
There’s a new version on the website – 3.5.3 – but I haven’t made any changes in this area – might be worth a try….
OK – I’ve installed the update, no change. What I have noticed however is that the control is actually there (and usable with a steady hand!). If you look at the screenshot there is a vertical line. Clicking on the line activates the inline table as though it were the checkbox.
I’m sure there is a framework issue somewhere with my laptop but I’m running Win 8.1 with a touchscreen and (as far as I’m aware) no OS level changes (its a pretty new machine).
Still trying to build a windows 8.1 machine to test this on. Nightmare.
