I tried to install eaDocX 3.5.5.0 on Windows 7 where I also have EA11 installed. The installer runs through succesfully. When I start EA a welcome screen from eaDocX pop’s up. I read through the provided Information checked “do not show this again” and clicked on Close. This brought up the following error message: Screenshot01. When I click on Close withouth having the Checkbox ticked the welcome screen is closed as expected and I get the “Thankyou for evaluationg …. you have 29 days remaining” screen. However the extension is not available and when I check the manage add in-Dialog I see that it is disabled: Screenshot02. Any idea what went wrong here?
Have you tried simply enabling the add-in? Also, do you have Admin rights on the machine ?
