    Hi,
I upgraded to EA Sparx 12v and installed the trial version eaDocX Trial 3.6.3.1.
But the moment I try to add a quick document, it is asking me to add a license key.
    Pls help..

There were a few hours where we had the wrong Trial version uploaded. If you downloaded 3.6.3.1 during that window, then you might have the Full, paid-for version, which needs a key. The Trial version has a built-in key, with a 30-day period. Please can you download 3.6.3.1 again, and have another go ?
    Thanks

    Hi,

I’m also having issues using the 30-day trial version of eaDocX. It’s asking me for a license key when I go to do anything with it.

For info, I’m using EA version 12.0.1215, eaDocX 3.6.3.2.

    Thanks for your help.

Yes. Problem persists with *.2. I would suggest to email support and schedule a call.

    There was a build problem with 3.6.3.1 – 3.6.3.3.
Please download 3.6.3.5 or higher, where this problem should be fixed.

    Hi,

I did just download your evaluation version version 3.6.3.6 and I’m trying to learn how to use it.

I do have a normal EA model, where I do have a few classes and a n interface, with a sub-package for data related classes.

I do create 1st the eaDocX ‘New document’, select the profile and add into the empty document the model selected package and start to generate the document.
The document generation starts, thus it does not finalize, instead it stops into an error dialog, which states
    “Error generating this document:
    System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: ‘Boolean
    EA.IDualElement.ImportInternalIDocumentArtifact(System.String)’

I’m using Sparx EA version 12.0.1208.

Is there a short and easy way to fix this?
Am I doing something wrong, or am I using too new EA version?

Appreciated if you could help me.
