I wish to create a custom report at the end of my documentation within an Appendix. How can I change the numbering style to call it an appendix, and number accordingly, put in the ToC, etc. Right now, I can select a heading level for my report, but it just creates it as a new chapter.
I’m using latest eadocx and Word 2010.
When creating an Appendix, I usually:
– create e.g ‘Appendix A’ as a manual heading i.e. one in the Word document, not from eaDocX, and give it a heading level 1.
– Then, all content which follows – regular sections or reports – just have a heading starting at ‘2’.
