MSWord inside EA
eaDocX runs as a standard Add-in/Extension within Enterprise Architect. It sits inside the EA application, as just another page. This means you can work in EA, and switch quickly into eaDocX to see what your output document will look like.
The eaDocX page contains a menu, the eaDocX document control panel, and a copy of MS Word, which shows the document you are working on. So you can edit the non-eaDocX parts of your document as well as adding EA content, whilst Word is open inside EA.
For EA versions above 9.3. you can also un-dock the eaDocX window, and put it elsewhere on your desktop.
Access
EA top menu > Specialize > eaDocX > New Word document OR Open Word document
This opens a blank or existing Word document that you can add EA content into, section by section.
However, the best way to get started is to create a Quick Document
