Quick document settings
The first time you create a Quick Document, you will be shown some setup options.
These are also available in the application settings: EA / Specialize / eaDocX / Settings / Application Settings

Show reverse relationships |
OFF | When creating a Quick Document, create hyperlinks in both directions. Makes the Quick Document more complicated and slower to generate, but will show all kinds of connections. | |
Show all tagged values |
OFF | Show all tagged values of all element types. Can create a long list for some types of element (e.g. BPMN). | |
Add document information section |
ON | Adds a section to the top of the document with meta-data about the document: notes about the document content, the date and time the document was generated, the author, and the repository from which it came. | Document Information |
Show completion dialog |
ON | Shows a ‘Document Complete’ message in the Log window when a Quick Document is created. | |
Use inherited profiles for all instances |
ON | Create a single Profile for an element type, so all elements of that type, and all instances of all of those elements all print in the same way. If set to OFF, eaDocX Quick Document will generate different Profiles for each element. | Printing Instance information |
