Generate a set of documents

eaDocX Revision Manager can generate all the documents in a specified folder, then put the new documents into a folder, where other application or users can find them.
Generate a set of documents
- From the main eaTeamWorks menu (EA / Specialize / eaTeamWorks) choose ‘Task Manager’
- If you do not have a license for EA Revision Manager, then you may be asked if you would like to start a trial
How it Works
EA Revision Manager saves the details of the automatic generation tasks as elements in your repository. (these are <<eaTeamworks_Task>> Class elements).
Each one contains the details of what you want to do:
- The source directory where you have put the document you want to auto-generate
- What type of generation you want ot do: normal, interactive (for EA Revision Manager-capable documents) or HTML
- Optionally:
- For Word documents :
- The destination where you want to copy new versions of the documents
- Whether you want to add a date and timestamp to new versions of each document
- For HTML documents
- For Word documents :
