Choosing element types and columns
With eaSheets you can customize which types of element appear in your sheet, and which columns.
- From the eaSheets menu, choose ‘Rows and Columns’
- Here you can see:
- In ‘Element types‘, select the types of element to include in the sheet.
- In ‘Fields and tagged values‘, choose which fields and tagged values to add to the sheet. Just tick them, and they will appear in the ‘Columns to export’ list
Note: not all column types can be updated back into EA. - In ‘Columns to export’ you can re-order the columns, or delete any you don’t want
- If you select a single element type in ‘Element types’, you can also add columns with related data. This uses the eaTeamWorks Structure Wizard.
- With this, you can define the relationship between the element type you chose, and the element type (or connector) it is related to. You can also choose which attributes of the related element type (or connector) to display.
