We use EA 15.2.1554 and EADOCX 5.0.2.0.
We have a problem where hovering your mouse over an option in EA and EADOCX options causes a black window to appear. Sparx say its not them , its an add-in, but disabling EADOCX still has window showing. Not all users here are seeing it.
Any ideas on what it could be ?
I have attached a screenshot.
I dont think this is an add on or EADOCX problem as I have removed EADOCX and it is still there. So will close this.
Very strange.
What was the last change on the machine?
I’d try un-installing eadocx, and all other addins – Sparx are famously un-interested as soon as you mention you might have an addin running.
I dont think its EADOCX, I think its EA or a PC config issue. ISSUE CLOSED
FOOTNOTE : It is EA, it didn’t like my extension screen was at 125% scale definition, I changed it to 100% and it all burst into life.
