change templates : template A to new template B.

Hi supporting team,

We have questions on template’s.

We have a template A in our company, From A we created an eaDocX template. [a]. we have added sections, profile elements in to template (A):
2.Now our company updates the template A to template B and the template B doesn’t have eaDocX sections, profile elements on it.

1.How can we export our eaDocX settings from template A to template B without re-doing everything manually ?

Please let us know, how can we re-solve this issue.

Did you try exporting the Profile from (A) and importing it into (B).
Or, just save the (A) template as a new Word document, and rename it.

Template A:

yes, we tried it exporting profile from template A to new template. we have to check again some of the profile element make sure. The preview of sections we can’t export or setting up as its is template A to click as Add preview.

1. Any solutions, we could save preview and Add in to next release or next templates without re-doing by manually sections in to template B.
