eadocx xl options are greyed out

A colleague has her eaxl options greyed out in the extensions toolbar and also when she right clicks on an element and goes to eadocx from there. In the same scenario on my computer this doesn’t happen. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Hello
EAXL options are greyed out if you are working with Professional edition. They are available only for Corporate and Collaboration edition users. Note however that they are also available in the 30-day free Trial
