Failed to validate key

Hi, when trying to test an floating license server the enclosed message appears.
Floating license server and also the License eaDocX Service Application are started.

This is a fatal error as far as using the eaDocX floating licence is concerned. As documented elsewhere, we have no fix for this, nor any proposed fix.
You alternatives are either to (1) swap floating licences for fixed ones 1:4, or (2) use an Organisation a licence. Please contact support@eadocx.com

As previously described this error arises due to an incompatibility between one of the Windows updates and our crypto software running eaDocX Floating Licences.
We have worked to find a resolution for this for many months, but have not been successful.
So we can offer you 2 alternatives:
Either exchange your floating licence for standard licences (4 standard for 1 floating)
Or if you want to retain a single key for your team, exchange your floating licence for an organisational (group) licence.

I have a single standard licence and have the same issue. Today l had to re-load eaDocX onto my laptop, and as others have indicated l cannot validate the my licence key – so the product is staying on Trial Version. Any advice on how to resolve this please?

You can’t use a full eaDocX key with the Trial version of code.
So you need to uninstall the trial download and install the full version of eaDocX (from the Customer downloads menu), then add your new key to the full version of eaDocX you have just installed.
If the key is valid it will validate successfully.
