Hi,
in attached EAP file, I created a package containing a diagram and a Word document file artifact. The file itself is stored within EA (based on PackageContent.docx).
Now I created a new document (FileArtifact.docx), inserted the package to a new section at the end and increased the header level.
The profile window now shows default profiles for “Artifact”, “Document Information”, “Package” and “Term”. The default profile for “Artifact” prints a table with the name of the artifact and any description.
What do I need to change in the profiles, so that the document assigned to the artifact will be inserted instead?
I am using eaDocX v3.9.5.3, EA corporate edition 12.0.1215 and Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus 2016.
BTW: The Release Notes still do not explain what has changed between v3.9.5.4 and the latest download version 3.9.5.7
Thanks and regards
Markus
eaDocX V3 does not support printing embedded documents, only Linked Documents. And these usually have a bad effect on the main document, if they have their own headings. Embedding documents inside other documents causes so many problems that I have no plans to add this feature to eaDocX V4.
