Issue - Hyperlink not working in DM window

1) Create a document.
2) Setup DM.
3) Select the option to Generate a docuemt.
4) In the “New version of ….” window where you set the version number, status, etc. at the bottom left is a link called “More on Document versioning…”.
Problem: The link doesn’t work
