Licence server crashes

Once a week or more, my floating licence server crashes due to insufficient resources. Its on a virtual Windows 2003 server under VMware on a 1G CPU with 3Gb RAM. I only have one licence and access it no more than a dozen times a week.

Using v3.5.2.0
EA 11.0.1105
Windows 7
MS Office Pro 2010

Any idea why it might be crashing so often?
