We are now in a position to move forward with a solution to this issue.
We have a new version of the Crypto software, but we have not been able to check that this will definitely deliver a solution. This is because we have not yet managed to create VMs with Windows Server 2008 Sp1 And SP2, which would be required in order to check that the solution works (first step is, of course, to reproduce the original issue..). We only have access to newer Server versions 🙁
So, what we can do is send you a new LSA, created using the new Crypto software, which you can then check has solved the problem.
We know this is a rather strange way to do testing, but the alternative is to wait around whilst we create these VMs, which will take a while. This approach should hopefully deliver a solution much faster.
If you would like to try out this solution, the please email support@eadocx.com, and don’t forget to include the IP address and port number of the machine where you want to run the LSA. We’ll then load your LSA onto the website where you can download it. (we suspect that most email systems will filter-out a mail with a ZIP file which contains an executable)
