I am new EADocX so apologies upfront for any terminology inadequacies in this ticket.
Regarding multi-hop matrices, let’s say I have the following relationships in place:
REQ1 aggregates to REQ2 associates to Use Case3
How do I include in my document a table of REQ1 (alias), REQ2 (alias), UseCase3(alias) ?
I can get the REQ1 alias and REQ2 alias to output in the table. But am struggling to get the Use Case included in the table (I have a column for it but no data).
Is UseCase3 classed a multi-hop from REQ1 in which case do I use the multi-hop facility to output the UseCase alias? Or does the document generator look for a relationship from REQ2?
Help appreciated.
Sorry, but the eaDocX Relationship Matrix report doesn’t support multi-hop relationships – yet.
It’s on the backlog, but I can’t figure out the UI bit of it – the technicals work just fine.
