Relationship Matrix report dialog forgets values

Hi,

First time trying the Relationship Matrix reports, and I notice that it forgets some options after choosing and closing the dialog.

The Report Heading Level seems to always go back to 2.

The order of the Source columns on the Source Elements tab is lost also (very annoying with a long list of names to choose from).

I have not tried all the options, but the report I am creating is relying on these and the choices do not seem to be persisted.

I also find this a problem. It uses the setting for doucment generation, but if I go back into the report to change one small setting, a lot of settings have reverted to default and have to be manually reset.
