Sorting within a Package

I have a package with 1 requirement and 5 features and level numbering turned on. The numbers applied by EA are 1 for the requirement 2 – 6 for the features. I can rearrange the features but the requirement can never be below the features in the project browser so is always numbered one.

eaDocX does the opposite, applying 1 – 5 to the features and 6 to the requirement. How does one fix this?
