Hi,
Is it possible to place table and diagram captions at the top of the table or diagram?
And is it possible to use some text for the table heading, at the moment a table caption takes the format of “Table 1” I would like “Table 1 – Use Cases” where ‘Use Cases’ comes from the model.
Thanks,
Barnaby
At the moment (eaDocX 3.3, and the forthcoming 3.4) no.
Inserting these captions is surprisingly hard for eaDocX, as it makes calls directly into Word, which is both slow and complicated!
As for the title of the table, where would ‘Use Cases’ come from in the model ?
Hey,
I guessed that you ask me that question 🙂
We might need some flexibility in what to use for example:
The previous heading in the word doc (this one would be a good start)
Package name
User defined
An attribute from an element + static text
The type of element in the table
Do you think that this is possible?
