Translation of EA Parameter attribute "true/false"

Hi,

when using EA parameter class, especially the “IsConstant” attribute, the attribute values “true” or “false” get translated into the german “Wahr” and “Falsch”. Is there a possibility to disable this translation? Which settings induce this translation?
