Hi,
I’m currently using 3.04 with an Oracle back-end. When I try to change the profile of an element set to print inline to print in a table I receive the following error from the Microsoft .Net Framework: If I press Continue, the Table Formatting form comes up but all drop downs are empty and all I can do is kill the window.
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in oyour application. If you click to Continue, the application will ignore this eror and attempt to continue.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.12 July 2012 at 6:21 pm #6114MattParticipantBy the way I’ve upgrade to 3.06 and it hasn’t solved the problem. Any chance of a reply as it’s kind of important!
14 July 2012 at 10:44 am #6115eadocX SupportParticipantSo far, I can’t reproduce this error, using 3.0.6 and an Oracle DBMS back-end.
What were the Profile settings before you tried to switch from table to inline (or was it the other way around).I’m wondering if this is another of your Oracle issues, or one which is independent of DBMS.

16 July 2012 at 9:27 am #6117MattParticipantI’m not convinced it is an Oracle issue – the error is being presented as a Microsoft .Net Framework problem. I’ll do some investigation with other team members to make sure it isn’t just my problem.
16 July 2012 at 9:29 am #6118eadocX SupportParticipantI agree – can you send me your current eaDocX Profile, and I’ll have a look. Send the support@eadocx.com
Thanks16 July 2012 at 3:33 pm #6119MattParticipantThat fixed it thanks very much.
12 September 2012 at 4:55 pm #6120Stan PickensParticipantI’m receiving the same error when I try to change the “Scenario” profile to Table instead of Inline. (btw, I’m not using Oracle)
Can you please tell me how this was resolved?
13 September 2012 at 10:37 am #6121eadocX SupportParticipantI’ve tried this, with 3.2.1.12, and can switch from Inline scenario list to a table of the scenarios. Seems to be OK. Which version are you using, and what exactly were you trying. Can you email your Profile to support@ ?
13 September 2012 at 2:43 pm #6122AaronParticipantI too am getting thee same error – when trying to switch from inline to table on a UseCase element. I’m using the ‘All elements.xml’ profile. Version 3.2.1.10
13 September 2012 at 3:04 pm #6123eadocX SupportParticipantIf someone can send me the Profile of the document when it’s in ‘Table’ form, then I can try to reproduce the problem.
Send to support@eadocx.com
Thanks -
