We use EADocx with a floating license (within a citrix envoirement) the floating license is taking when launched EA itself and not we starting EADocx. We expected that EADocx license is flagged as ‘in used’ when starting up the extension.

The problem is that we are running a citrix environment, we just finished upgrade to version 10 with EADocx. I cannot easily install an update, it’s there an other work around ?

If you are stuck using a pre-eaDocX 3.4 version, then there is no fix.
BUt remember that, in v3.3 AND 3.4, if a user doesn’t use the eaDocX floating licence for 10 minutes, it gets returned to the pool of available licences, so this may not be such a problem.

Thanks for answering. We are stuck with version 3.3 for a while, i get this message a couple of times now. It’s good to know that there is a solution.
