    Hello,
    this problem was caused by “track changes” enabled in Microsoft Word. Once all changes were accepted (i.e. resolved and confirmed in the Revisions panel) and the revisions were turned off, the error disappeared and the document could be re-generated without any problems.

    Thank you for your response and the clarification regarding the resolution issue. Could you please specify what the recommended maximum resolution is for eaTeamworks to function correctly? This will help ensure that I am aligned with the optimal setup and also troubleshoot further if needed. Thanks.
