Thanks for the confirmation that this feature is not supported. Suggestion 1, don’t create profiles for contents of packages, is not feasible because the package contents needs to be printed in other sections of the document. Suggestion 2, although feasible, is not desirable because of long term maintenance issues, e.g., the script will need to be maintained. More preferable would be to either have a context menu selection in the preview pane for diagrams that controls whether or not the contents of packages get printed, or be able to define a profile that can be attached to a stereotyped diagram that controls whether or not the contents of packages in the diagram gets printed.

Please consider this as a feature request. It would be quite alright if the feature was disabled by default, e.g. the current behavior is the default.

For now, can you provide a reference for creating a script to accomplish what I have outlined above, e.g. not print the contents of packages appearing in a diagram–just various attributes attached to the package?

Thank you eaDocX Support for the quick response. I’m using the 30 day trial of the corporate edition. When I examined the settings dialog mentioned in your post I do not see a list of available styles. I only see a couple of styles available from the drop down next to the various setting rows, e.g. ‘normal’, ‘eaDocXSection’,. I’ve checked this both on the “Get Lost” overview model using the Quick Document menu, as well as a new document I created using my own model. I’ve tried creating the document based on Words ‘Normal’ template, as well as created a version using my own custom Word template. In all these cases there are only a couple of styles available from the Options and Settings dialog. Any ideas about what I need to do so I can select the styles available from the Word template initial used to create the document? I’m using eaDocX version 3.6.5.0, MS Office version 15.0.4753, and EA Corporate version 12.1.1221.
