eaDocX lets you create a title page which uses 100% EA information. This is important if you are going to save your document in HTML format, which can't use any hand-written text or graphics from EA.
There is a special eaDocX Section which you can use to create title pages: the Document Information section.
But if you want your title page to look just the way you want it, then there are lots more tricks.
Here's a sample title page:
