You can populate an eaXL spreadsheet from an EA model search.

Just select the 'Searches' tab, and select your EA model search from the drop-down, and 'Export'.

You may edit the rows of data which came out of a search report, but any deleted or added rows in the spreadsheet will be ignored when the data is re-imported back into EA.
