eaXL lets you edit the EA Elements in a diagram. To export the diagram elements, select the diagram in the EA Project browser, and choose Extensions / eaXL / Open diagram in Excel / Open diagram elements.

You can now:

1.Edit existing elements. Choose which fields to edit from the Available Fields, and re-export,  edit in Excel and Import back into EA

2.Add new elements. Just add new rows to the worksheet, and Import back into EA.

3.Delete elements. This is deliberately not supported, as it's just too easy to delete large parts of your model by accident. We have been asked to implement this function, but we won't.
