Limitations of the Revision Manager

In a Word document, it's possible to make a very large number of types of change: not just to the text, but also to formatting, structure of tables, and many more.

eaDocX Revision Manager is designed to capture relatively simple, textual changes, of the kind which need to be brought into EA.

So, for example it will NOT process:

Formatting changes, such as fonts, colors, styles.

Changes to tables, such as new columns or rows, deletion of columns or rows.

Changes to bullets or numbering.

...

and lots more.

This information is defined in the Profiles for your eaDocX documents, and is not affected if reviewers make these kinds of changes.
